MUNDO.PRO (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal", "Community", "DAO" or "us" or "we" depending on the context) is informational portal and digital platform (DeFi) for the effective implementation of their knowledge and experience by creative people, an online search system for travel offers (including booking tours and excursions, comparing prices for air tickets, hotels, car rentals and other travel-related services) around the world through its websites, applications and other platforms.

In addition, MUNDO.PRO is an ecosystem and decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), the first in the tourism industry to organize independent travel and sell tourist offers by local residents directly to Users (P2P) using modern digital technologies - a "secure transaction" smart contract. The DAO was created and managed using the rules of open smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain platform. The purpose of the DAO is to generate income for participants who are the owners of the Portal and to create safe conditions for the execution of transactions between Travel Suppliers and Users.

DAO is not a legal entity and a taxpayer. Responsibility for paying taxes on the income received by participants lies entirely with the participants of the DAO.

DAO is a promising model of economic relations and a form of management of an organization through direct voting of participants, made possible thanks to the development of cryptography and revolutionary solutions based on the Ethereum blockchain platform. Blockchain allows you to organize a secure digital record book for membership in a DAO, smart contracts fixing ownership and voting rights to a part of the organization, with the aim of calculating and paying income to participants in exchange for MUNDO tokens in proportion to their contribution to the development of the Portal.

The philosophy of the DAO is very simple and understandable; it consists in creating a completely new type of economic system, where any person, regardless of place of residence, with just a smartphone and the Internet, can offer their resources (knowledge, services, property, goods, etc. .) to other people, directly (P2P), without intermediaries.

The MUNDO.PRO community is a completely new type of organization, based on transparency, decentralization and security. Decentralization means a horizontal structure of the company. The DAO does not have a sole owner or board of directors; each member of the organization is a full co-owner in a democratic society, has equal powers (in proportion to his participation), unlimited access to information, control, planning goals and decision-making. Thanks to this, each Community member is personally interested in the development of the DAO. The key features of the DAO are autonomy, cryptosecurity and governance through direct voting of participants (one MUNDO digital token - one vote).

Any Portal user can become a member of the DAO. To do this you need to register on the website mundo.pro, make at least three publications of any type of material ("Travel Experience", "Guides' notes", "Video", "Photos", "News", "Services", "Real estate"), register and verify in the participant’s personal account (PA) on the page https://dao.mundo.pro/. Or register in your personal account on the page https://dao.mundo.pro/, pass verification and buy MUNDO tokens from a DAO participant in accordance with these Terms.

For interesting and informative publications (content), authors, as a reward for participation in the development of the Portal, receive digital tokens MUNDOPRO (MUNDO), the distribution and accounting of which is carried out on smart contract platform DAO on the Ethereum blockchain network.

The MUNDOPRO token (MUNDO) is a digital unit of value (digital financial asset) issued by a DAO on the Ethereum blockchain in order to reward participants for their contribution to the development of the Portal and distribute income between them.

The MUNDO token provides its holders with the same rights as the rights of shareholders of traditional companies.

The initial reward in MUNDO tokens for publication for authors whose article has been moderated will be calculated based on the number of characters in the publication: 50 MUNDO tokens for a publication of 2000 characters. In order to encourage the activity and diligence of talented authors, the reward for publication in MUNDO tokens will increase every 10 publications by 10% to 100 MUNDO tokens for a publication of 2000 characters, which will remain constant for the author who has more than 100 publications on the MUNDO.PRO information portal . In addition, authors whose publications have received a large number of reviews and comments will additionally be able to receive rewards in tokens from the Talented Authors Support Fund (5% of tokens). The size of the reward for publications in MUNDO tokens can be changed by DAO participants through voting.

The MUNDO token confirms the right of shared ownership of the MUNDO.PRO information portal and the right to receive income from its activities in exchange for MUNDO tokens. Thanks to the content, the number of users will increase and, as a result, the demand for tourism products. DAO participants create high-quality content, classify, evaluate and offer this content to Users on the portal.

MUNDO.PRO's core value is its people: local people (Travel Providers, Creatives) creating quality content, providing services and/or resources to the tourism and travel industry.

The main advantage of the project is the opportunity for talented people to effectively implement their knowledge and experience, to engage in creativity rather than sales. The author does not need to think about selling his work. Just write, publish and receive MUNDO tokens as a reward.

The author writes, publishes and receives tokens, the amount of content on the portal increases, traffic increases and, as a result, the cost of the token. No publication is worth as much as the author can receive (for it) when selling MUNDO tokens, when the cost of the token begins to increase exponentially with increasing traffic to the portal.

Our task is to use modern digital technologies to make travel more accessible and cheaper for the end user, to unite professionals from local residents in the most remote corners of the planet and create an opportunity for them to earn income.

Monetization of the Portal — placement of native advertising and increase in the value of the MUNDO token.

Professional guides and local residents (Travel Suppliers) offering tourism products, subject to posting on the Portal at least three excursions (tours) or other publications in accordance with the Community Rules, after registering in your personal account on the page https://dao.mundo.pro, automatically become participants in the DAO and receive 100 MUNDO tokens as a reward for Ethereum wallet address specified in the Personal Account.

The MUNDO token is a digital financial asset that stimulates and motivates not only DAO participants, but also Community partners. In addition to using the token as a reward to reward talented authors, guides, journalists, bloggers, professional photographers and creators of high-quality videos, translators, proofreaders, editors, programmers, for attracting partners and others, the tokens will be used to generate income for DAO participants.

To assess the quality of publications, experts from the DAO participants (professional authors, editors) will be involved, and a special software algorithm will be used to assess the uniqueness of the text as a percentage, which should be at least 70%. In addition, authors will be able to receive a reward in MUNDO tokens or ether (ETH) from the Author Support Fund from the income received by the DAO in the author’s region of residence, which will be distributed among the best authors of this area by voting by participants. MUNDO.PRO is not a travel agency and is not responsible for setting or maintaining prices for any travel offers or products that you find and book using the website https://mundo.pro, or for providing such offers and products ("Third Party Travel Products"). All such third party travel products are provided by independent tour guides, travel agencies, airlines, hotels, tour operators or other third parties (“Travel Suppliers”) and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by such third parties.

The Portal allows you to post, upload and transmit information, images, videos or other data (“User Content”), or otherwise make it available to MUNDO.PRO or other users of the Information Portal.

MUNDO.PRO is the domain name of this site. The portal is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy and availability of publications or services on this website and access to them from territories where their content is illegal or prohibited. Community norms and rules for creating publications

Our goal is to enable people to use and share interesting, quality information about traveling around the world, direct communication without intermediaries (P2P) — making the world more open, understandable and accessible to travel. People come to the Portal to share their travel experience and knowledge of the area, see the world through the eyes of other users and receive high-quality information about the countries of the world, their attractions, interesting events and holidays, news, the services of professional guides and other local residents, and real estate properties.

We want people on MUNDO.PRO to publish only interesting, informative and high-quality content, so that the Portal does not turn into another “garbage dump” of useless information. That is why we have developed a set of Community Standards and Rules, which are listed below. They will help you understand which publications are acceptable on the Portal and which we will not publish.

Our Community is very diverse and there are many professionals in it. Remember that some of your materials that you want to publish may be considered by Community experts to be insufficiently interesting or of poor quality (articles, videos, photographs) and, as a result, will not pass moderation. Therefore, be careful and responsible when creating your publications, follow our recommendations. Each publication that you want to post on the Portal is moderated, that is, reviewed and checked by experts. And remember, we are always ready to help with the editing and design of your publications.

Publications of various materials on MUNDO.PRO reflect the diversity of Community participants and provide an opportunity to become a member of the DAO (co-owner of the Portal), receive income not only from native advertising placed on the pages of their publications, but also from the activities of the Portal. There are no such opportunities on any tourist resource!

Requirements for filling out a profile and creating publications

1. When registering on the Portal, use your real name in order to create a secure and trusted environment — for example: Konstantin Bunin.
2. The profile photo must be square, preferably portrait type, at least in size 800х800.
3. The size of the photo in the header (wallpaper, profile screensaver) should be: 1600х500.
4. When creating materials in which it is possible to use links to YouTube or Vimeo video hosting sites for the purpose of inserting videos, remember that the quality of the inserted video must be at least HD, the video must be interesting, educational and informative, preferably shot in a horizontal plane and not shaking hands.
5. Photographs inserted into publications must be interesting, educational, of good quality, preferably taken in a horizontal plane, with a clear image and a size of at least 1280х720.
6. When creating "Video" materials, the information volume of the explanatory text must be at least 200 characters.
7. When creating "Photo" materials, the information volume of the explanatory text must be at least 200 characters.
8. When creating "News" materials, it is necessary to insert a photograph measuring at least 1280x720, and the information volume of the text must be at least 500 characters.
9. When creating "Notes of Guides" materials, it is necessary to insert a photograph into the header (wallpaper, screensaver) with a size of 1600x500, and the information volume of the text must be at least 2000 characters or approximately 300 words. It is advisable to insert a link to an HD quality video.

Native advertising placed on MUNDO.PRO

Our goal is to provide the opportunity for DAO participants to earn income from travel-related publications from native advertising that advertisers place on the pages of published materials. Advertising should help travelers receive reliable information about the diverse cultural traditions and additional services in the area discussed in the publication, making their vacation and travel more interesting and exciting. If you agree to place native advertising on the pages of your publications, you receive an income of 50% of the advertising cost.

Protecting your intellectual property

The MUNDO.RPO community is a place where you can post any interesting and reliable information in the form of various types of publications: "Travel Experience", "Guides' notes", "Video", "Photos", "News", "Services", "Real estate". All content published by a DAO participant on the portal is the intellectual property of the participant and he retains all copyrights. With the consent of the author, he also retains the right to receive income from native advertising posted on the pages of his publications. That is, having once created some unique material and published it on the Portal, the author retains the right to receive income from native advertising placed on the pages of his publications by interested advertisers.

The author’s receipt of MUNDO tokens as a reward for publishing content on the Portal is considered the author’s expressed consent to transfer to DAO the rights to use his publications (the result of intellectual activity).

If the author receives payment from DAO for a custom editorial article in fiat money or the Ethereum cryptocurrency, the copyright (intellectual property right) for this publication is transferred in full to the Community (DAO).

Copyright protection

If we learn that you have multiple personal profiles, we may ask you to delete the ones you don't need. We also remove any profiles whose owners impersonate other people.

Fraud and Spam: How We Protect You from Fraud and Spam

We work hard to ensure that the information you post is secure. We will investigate any suspected security breach. Any attempt to violate the security of your profile, including fraud, may result in a call to law enforcement. Using inaccurate or misleading information to collect follower likes or shares is prohibited. We also ask that you respect other people and not send them business proposals without their prior consent.

Complaints about violations

Our Community is growing every day, and we strive to create a friendly and trusting atmosphere for people, where there are no publications that are prohibited or used without the permission of the author. In this matter, we rely on the help of people like you. If you see something on the Portal that you believe violates our Rules and Rules or your intellectual rights, please let us know. Our hand-picked delegates work around the world to review content you report to ensure the security of the Portal.

We also sometimes remove content that violates local laws, but still complies with our Community Standards, at the request of various authorities. If, after careful legal review, we determine that material is illegal under local law, we may make it unavailable only in the relevant country or territory.

Don't forget the following:

• We may take action whenever someone violates the Community Standards and Rules listed here.
• Reporting content does not guarantee that it will be removed as it may not violate our Community Standards.
• Our publication reviewers will rely on you to tell us why a publication may violate our Code of Practice or your intellectual property rights. If you report posts, please let us know why they should be removed (for example, a violation of your copyright) so we can send them to the appropriate person for evaluation.
• Sometimes the rating may change after additional context is received for certain posts or after new posts appear on a page or profile on MUNDO.PRO that violate the Community Standards and Rules.
• The number of complaints does not affect the decision to remove posts. We do not delete posts just because they have received multiple complaints.
• The consequences of violating the Community Standards and Rules may vary depending on the severity of the violation and the person's reputation on MUNDO.PRO. For example, for the first violation, we can give a person a warning, but for further violations, we can raise the issue of prohibiting this person from publishing on MUNDO.PRO or blocking access by putting this proposal to a vote among DAO participants.

• The MUNDO.PRO service is not a travel provider and does not provide any other services other than search and reservation services for tours, excursions or other services posted by travel providers on the MUNDO.PRO portal.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all services directly or through distributors provided online, via email, telephone or any mobile device. By visiting, browsing or using our (mobile) website or any application on any platform (the “Platform”), and/or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions described below (including the Privacy Statement).

These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online booking service (including payment processing service) provided by us on these pages and through the site are owned and operated by MUNDO.PRO DAO and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions , set out below. Our interactions with professional guides and local residents (Travel Suppliers) are governed by the DAO Constitution and these Terms and Conditions. The portal provides direct access to end-user (P2P) travel products of Travel Suppliers. In addition to the Terms and Conditions and important information posted on the Site, Travel Suppliers may impose and/or require acceptance and compliance with their own additional terms and conditions relating to Trips (including disclaimers).

Definitions

"MUNDO.PRO", "Portal", "Community", "DAO", "Platform" or "us", or "we", "us/us" or "our/our/our/ours" depending on the context means an information Internet portal. "Portal" means a (mobile) website https://mundo.pro/ and application owned, controlled, operated, maintained and/or hosted by the Community and on which the Service is provided.

"Travel" means the various travel services and resources that can be booked, purchased or rented from/through the Travel Provider.

"Travel Suppliers": Local residents, professional guides, accommodation providers (hotel, apartment or bed and breakfast), leisure providers (amusement parks, museums, travel organizers), transportation providers (car rentals, cruises, train tickets, airport transfers, bus tours), travel insurance companies and all other service providers or products available for booking.

"Service" means the online search and reservation of travel products for a specific date and time in relation to the products and services of the Travel Provider on the Portal.

"Reservation" means the order, payment of the price and reservation of the Trip.

Description of our Service

Through the website https://mundo.pro/ we (DAO and its affiliated partners (distributing partners)) provide online information a portal through which Travel Suppliers - as part of their professional activities (P2P) — can directly advertise, market, sell and/or offer their products and services for ordering, purchasing, reserving or renting. Users of the Portal can find such products or services, compare, order, purchase or pay for their reservation. By using the Service (i.e. making a Booking through the Service), Users thereby enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Travel Provider from whom they reserve or purchase a product or service. From the moment a Booking is made, we act solely as an intermediary between the User and the Travel Provider, passing on the relevant Booking details to the relevant Travel Provider(s) and sending the User a confirmation email on behalf of the Travel Suppliers. The Portal does not (re)sell, rent or distribute any Travel, products or services.

Reservations and payments for tourism products posted on the MUNDO.PRO information portal can be made using the Ethereum cryptocurrency (ETH). When paying with Ethereum, Users will be charged only the minimum transaction fee (gas) required to pay for the workvalidators on the Ethereum network. Ethereum payment mechanism: the entire amount in ETH for a tourism product goes to the “safe transaction” smart contract in the Ethereum DAO wallet and is blocked. 24 hours after the end date and time of receipt of the travel product, in the absence of a claim from the User during this period of time (24 hours), Ethereum, minus the gas commission for the transaction, is automatically transferred to the Ethereum wallet address of the Travel Suppliers specified by him in his personal account ( Personal account) of the DAO participant on the page https://dao.mundo.pro. If the User is not satisfied and within 24 hours filed a complaint against the Travel Suppliers on the portal (the “Arbitration” button), then the payment remains blocked on the Ethereum smart contract of the DAO wallet, until the decision of the Community’s internal arbitration. In this case, the parties to the conflict present their arguments and evidence, and after 72 hours, the delegates of the Community arbitration make a decision according to which the cost of the tourism product is transferred either to the Ethereum wallet address of the Travel Supplier, or, minus the gas fee, is returned to the Ethereum wallet address User. In case of disagreement with the decision of the delegates of the internal arbitration of the Community, the Travel Suppliers and the User have the right to submit the issue of the subject of the dispute or conflict to a vote of the DAO participants. To do this, the User also needs to become a member of the DAO, go through the registration and verification procedure in the personal account (PA) of the DAO participant on the page https:// dao.mundo.pro, buy 100 MUNDO tokens from any DAO participant in order to become a full member of the DAO and make a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 10 MUNDO tokens to the DAO Ethereum wallet for submitting a proposal to the DAO participants for voting.

When providing our Service, the information posted is based on information provided to us by Travel Suppliers. Travel Suppliers who list and promote their Trips on the Portal have access to our systems and extranet and are solely responsible for updating prices, tariffs, fees, availability of tours and excursions, accommodations, rules, conditions and other data reflected on our Platform. Although we do our best to provide the quality of our Service, we do not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information, and we are not responsible for any errors (including obvious errors and typographical errors), failures (arising due to (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, improvement or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or false information or failure to provide information. Each Travel Supplier is at all times responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including tariffs, fees, prices, rules, conditions, availability of tours and excursions, rooms) displayed on our Portal. Our Platform is not and should not be construed as a recommendation or evidence of the quality, level of service or rating, classification (star rating) of any offered Travel Provider (or its amenities, products, services, facilities or transportation facilities (primary or additional)).

Our Service is provided for individual, non-commercial use only. Accordingly, you may not resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (for example by spidering or scraping), display, download or reproduce any part of the content or information, software, ticket bookings, products or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Free for Travel Suppliers

The Portal is free for Travel Suppliers, as they are members of the DAO and co-owners of the Portal.

Users have the opportunity to pay the cost of travel products posted on the Portal with Ethereum (ETH) cryptocurrency — directly to Travel Providers and without commission if the Travel Provider indicated the cost in ETH. When paying with Ethereum, Users will be charged only the minimum transaction fee (gas) necessary to pay for the work of validators in the Ethereum network.

MUNDO.PRO is an open platform where any Travel Suppliers can offer their product directly to Users.

Credit card or bank transfer

Where applicable and available, some Travel Suppliers may offer the option to pay for a Booking (in whole or in part, subject to the Travel Suppliers policies) to Users during the Booking process through secure online payment (depending on your bank's support for this feature). For certain products and services, MUNDO.PRO will collect (through a third party payment processor) payment for the applicable product or service on behalf of the Travel Suppliers (MUNDO.PRO does not under any circumstances act as the retailer of the product or service). Secure payment is made through a third party payment provider from your credit/debit card or from your bank account to the Travel Suppliers account. Each payment that we process on behalf of the Travel Suppliers and that is transferred to them is payment of (part of) the cost of the product or service you booked and is taken into account in the final settlement (bevrijdende betaling).
