Hereby, the user, freely and voluntarily agrees to provide their personal data through special contact forms to sign a contract and use the services offered on MUNDO.PRO website, hereinafter "MUNDO.PRO" (legal address: 1, Plaza Mayor, 33206, Gijon Asturias, Spain), in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December "On Personal Data Protection". The data will be included in the personal database that will store information about the user, in order to confirm the identity of personal data when making payments from MUNDO.PRO site.
By e-mail or SMS, the user will be informed about the services and/or purchases that are contained in the advertisement of MUNDO.PRO, its affiliates and/or partners, information and newsletters, invitations to events and other public information, related to MUNDO.PRO services.
For your safety MUNDO.PRO agrees to comply with the obligation of non-disclosure of personal data and the obligation to treat them as confidential information and to take responsibility for these actions. MUNDO.PRO will take all the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or random access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution of personal data or other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
MUNDO.PRO will maintain the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, "On Personal Data Protection".
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs regarding the use of their personal data, the user's consent, to receive commercial communications by electronic means may be revoked at any time in case of feedback force (law) through an authorized "mechanism", included for this purpose in each of the messages, which MUNDO.PRO will perform either by sending an e-mail to: info@MUNDO.PRO, indicating in the message "Waiver of commercial messages" and showing their will not to receive any further information from MUNDO.PRO and/or from third parties related to the services offered.
Thus MUNDO.PRO informs the user about the possibility to act any time in accordance with the applicable law, and he has the right of access, rectification, cancellation, deletion and objection to the processing of personal data provided, by sending a written application to World Trade Center, Muelle Barcelona-Edificio Sur-2ª Planta, 08039 Barcelona.
This request must contain the following information: name, first name and patronymic of the person who has the right, a photocopy of the Identity Card or passport, and the content of his right to manipulate their data.
All the information, provided by the user through the Website, must be accurate, guaranteeing the authenticity of the data provided, for the sake of providing the user with our best service. No introduction or partial introduction of the requested data can give reason to assume that MUNDO.PRO will not be able to carry out their obligations. Finally, we inform the user that MUNDO.PRO will cancel, purge and/or block the data if they are inaccurate, incomplete or have ceased to be necessary or appropriate for the purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data.
Note: All terms and conditions of this Partnership Agreement together with the Spanish version presented in other languages serve information purposes only. The translations are made for the sake of good will. In case of discrepancies or deviations, the Spanish version takes precedence. In addition, in all matters relating to the interpretation of this agreement, you must also use European and International Law as a priority.
